The Emporium was established in 1982 as a service to our collegians and alumnae.
Alpha Omicron Pi is an international sorority founded in 1897 at Barnard College. It has over 140 active collegiate chapters and 159 active alumnae chapters in Canada and the U.S.A., and its philanthropy is arthritis research and awareness.
The support and guidance offered to new members, through the lessons, quizzes, and support system, are designed to ensure a seamless transition into the sorority and a foundation for lifelong membership.
When a member joins AOII, they gain access to numerous resources, including Alphalink. All members are required to set up a new login since updating fufilling the promise in August 2019. This provides access to many programs and opportunities.
The mission of AOII extends beyond individual development. They support the colleges and universities in which chapters are installed.
